  Summary/Objective:

  The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing on trend, customisable templates for a world renowned platform. You will be working on a fast paced production and be accountable and motivated to produce unique and on trend artwork.

  The Graphic Designer will be a part of a wider team and will be expected to be collaborative and supportive to other team members.

  Programs used and skills required include - intermediate level in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, creativity and excellent attention to detail.

  Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and assets for long-term large B2B contracts.
  • Develop templates for stock market content creation.
  • Collaborate with the Templates and Design Projects team to understand client requirements and project objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure design concepts align with client expectations.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within the specified deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized files and project documentation for easy retrieval and future reference.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of stock market trends and terminology.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on meeting the needs of both end users and internal users, as well as collaborating on projects with other teams in the Creative Content department for B2B contracts. The primary objectives of this role are to produce visually captivating animated content and ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and client requirements.

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design high-quality Mogrt motion templates, Ae Templates, and animations for the stock media market.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices in animation and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Animation team lead or Senior Motion Graphics Artist to understand project requirements and client needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes to meet end user and internal user needs.
  • Create animated content for collaborative projects with other teams in the Creative Content department for B2B contracts.
  • Ensure that all animations and motion graphics are delivered on time and within project specifications.
  • Maintain organized files and adhere to Wavebreak Media's file management and version control processes.
